Gas Heating Project
CE is supporting the Tees Valley Warm Homes Fund project, alongside Northern Gas Networks, helping to provide funding for new gas connections which will allow the installation of gas central heating.
Homes across the Tees Valley within Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council areas could get a gas connection and a new first time central heating system fitted, as well as free energy advice and support to be on the lowest energy tariffs
The project led by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council does not require any financial contribution from the householder. New gas central heating systems are safe, efficient, cheaper to run and less costly to maintain than heating systems operated on electric and solid fuels.
