Regional Collaboration for Fuel-Poor Private Sector Homes
Commissioned by Northumberland County Council, in partnership with Durham, Hartlepool, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, and Stockton-on-Tees, this programme delivered fully funded air source heat pumps to eligible private sector homes.

Our role as lead contractor included:

• EPC assessments and suitability checks

• Home visits and customer education

• Installer management and quality assurance

• Post-installation checks, handover and support
