What we've assumed in preparing your estimate

We want to be upfront about the basis on which your estimate has been prepared. If any of the following don't apply to your situation, just let us know and we can look at this together.

Your installation covers a single air source heat pump unit
 

Your property is within our current coverage areas of:

• North East England

• Yorkshire

• Shropshire

 

You are eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (we've deducted this from your estimate; eligibility will be confirmed prior to Survey payment)
 

No upgrades are needed to your electrical consumer unit or incoming electricity supply
 

We'll connect to your existing hot water pipework, utilising your current taps, showers, and other outlets
 

Our workmanship warranty covers all equipment, pipework, and electrical works carried out by us — it does not extend to existing installations or infrastructure in your home
